  • [March 1, 2020] As you know, Wuhan pneumonia is starting to spread all area in China and Korea. For attenders' safety, our committee decide that the venue of FutureTech 2020 is changed to Jeju island, South Korea on Aug. 17-19, 2020. Please check the changed important date. Round I and Round II are merged as Round I (I-I and I-II), and new Round II is opened.

  • [July. 14, 2020] The Notice about COVID-19. All countries are in emergency because of COVID-19. For your safety, we announce: All authors of FutureTech2020 papers can make presentations by online. In particular, the authors living outside of Korea should be proceed by online.
  • Online presentation
    1. Send the presentation video file (up to 1 GByte) to including the information, Paper id, Title, Authors
    2. We will play the video files at the FutureTech 2020 Conference Session Room.
    3. Submission period until 7th August, 2020
    4. When authors send own video files by email, it is recognized as a presentation and included in the recommendation.
  • [July 31, 2020] Please submit your camera-ready with your agreement (Book_Contributor_EN) as a zip file until Aug. 4th, 2020. Permission Request Form is optional.
    - Because of COVID-19, souvenir will be provided instead of lunches and banquet.
    - In addition, the keynote will be operated by the corresponding video.
Future technology information technology would stand for all of continuously evolving and converging information technologies, including digital convergence, multimedia convergence, intelligent applications, embedded systems, mobile and wireless communications, bio-inspired computing, grid and cloud computing, semantic web, user experience and HCI, security and trust computing and so on, for satisfying our ever-changing needs.
In past twenty five years or so, Information Technology (IT) influenced and changed every aspect of our lives and our cultures. Without various IT-based applications, we would find it difficult to keep information stored securely, to process information efficiently, and to communicate information conveniently.
In the future world, IT will play a very important role in convergence of computing, communication, and all other computational sciences and application and IT also will influence the future world's various areas, including science, engineering, industry, business, law, politics, culture, medicine, and so on. Our conference is intended to foster the dissemination of state-of-the-art research in all future IT areas, including their models, services, and novel applications associated with their utilization.
FutureTech2020 is the next edition of FutureTech2019(Xian, China), FutureTech2018(Salerno, Italy), FutureTech2017(Seoul, Korea), FutureTech2016(Beijing, China), FutureTech2015(Hanoi, Vietnam), FutureTech2014(Zhangjiajie, China), FutureTech 2013(Gwangju, Korea), FutureTech2012(Vancouver, Canada), FutureTech2011(Loutraki, Greece), FutureTech2010 (Busan, Korea), which were the next events in a series of highly successful the International Symposium on Ubiquitous Applications & Security Services(UASS-09, USA), previously held as UASS-08(Okinawa, Japan), UASS-07 (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), and UASS-06(Glasgow, Scotland, UK).
