Registration

All attendees at FutureTech2019 should make the registration. One author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid until Registration Due Date. Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings and it cannot be recommended to the journal special issues. The following registration rules are applied to the FutureTech2018. All inquiries concerning registration and payment should be addressed to the general chair of FutureTech2018(ft2018.conf@gmail.com)

  • 1. Sign on the registration page with your ID and password (that were assigned to you when you submitted your paper to the system).

  • 2. After checking your paper ID, title, authors’ name, and e-mail information, please fill up the registration form, and upload your scanned copy of bank-wire receipt as well.

    Registration Fees

  • Round-I until 15th Feb. 2019: ￦780,000 KRW or $780 USD
  • Round-II or Round-I after 16th Feb. 2019: ￦880,000 KRW or $880 USD
    • Author Registration
    • To be published in the FutureTech 2018 proceeding, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference.
    • Includes one proceeding, keynote speech, and banquet fee.
    Non-Authors Participation Registration
    • Round-I 15th Feb. 2019: ￦620,000 KRW or $620 USD
    • Round-II or Round-I after 16th Feb. 2019: ￦780,000 KRW or $780 USD
    • Includes one proceeding, keynote speech, and banquet fee.
    Additional Fees
    • Copies of proceedings - ￦100,000 KRW or $100 USD for one copy of additional proceeding.
    • Banquet Participation - ￦100,000 KRW or $100 USD for one person. Organization members or PC members can use the voucher (￦80,000 KRW or $80 USD) for the deduction of a registration (one voucher is only available on only registration).
    • Extra pages - ￦100,000 KRW or $100 USD for one additional page. It is only concerned to the LNEE publication, and page allowance is as follows: maximum 8 pages (Free 6 pages + 2 additional pages for each paper).


    Cancellation Policy
    ● 50% of the registration fee can be returned within one week after author registration, otherwise, the refund is NOT allowed.
    ● For authors who want to cancel the registration after the review notification, we only refund 50% of the registration fee within one week after the review notification.
